Warsaw Equity Partners is an independent Polish company providing advisory services in the area of investment banking for financial investors and private owners of medium-sized companies. Founding partners of Warsaw Equity Partners – Mikolaj Dietrich and Bart Postępski have a combined more than 40 years of experience in the capital markets gained at international investment banks.
We have completed few dozens of M&A and capital markets transactions with a total value in excess of 1 billion Euro. Due to our experience in building our own businesses, we understand the problems of the Polish entrepreneurs and are able to adapt our services to the individual needs and expectations of our clients. In 2009, we sold our own company which we had built over 10 years to a strategic investor.
In the beginning of 2014, we departed from the international investment bank to start our own investment advisory firm and to advise our clients in a way completely objective and free of potential conflicts of interests commonly prevailing in the large financial institutions.
We guarantee to all our clients that:
Confidentiality of your project is given the highest priority – it will not be compromised and subjected to the existence of so called Chinese walls prevailing in various institutions and do not always meeting their objective;
We do not waste time on unproductive internal corporate nuances – we have it more to devote on projects, which we can realize faster, and this in turn translates into better fees for you.
We value the time – yours and ours – and undertake projects in the success of which not only we believe, but you believe as well.
Generally, we engage in two types of projects:
We represent institutional financial investors or trade investors in the purchase of interesting companies in Poland (in the form of both capital increase as well as the purchase of existing shares – majority or minority- from current owners);
We work for the owners of private companies who wish to sell them on the best possible terms and conditions, usually in an open (but confidential) auction process addressed to investors practically all over the world .
