is an independent Polish company providing advisory services in the area of investment banking for financial investors and private owners of medium-sized companies. Founding partners of Warsaw Equity Partners – Mikolaj Dietrich and Bart Postępski have a combined more than 50 years of experience in the capital markets gained at international investment banks.

We have completed few dozens of M&A and capital markets transactions with a total value in excess of 1 billion Euro. Due to our experience in building our own businesses, we understand the problems of the Polish entrepreneurs and are able to adapt our services to the individual needs and expectations of our clients. In 2009, we sold our own company which we had built over 10 years to a strategic investor.

In the beginning of 2014, we departed from the international investment bank to start our own investment advisory firm and to advise our clients in a way completely objective and free of potential conflicts of interests commonly prevailing in the large financial institutions.
