Bart Postępski is an investment banker with over 20 years of experience in the execution of large M&A transactions. In the course of his career so far, he has completed over 20 transactions – the vast majority were transactions with a value in excess of 100 million PLN. He began his career in 1996 working in an international group MC Concordia, and after a few years became a partner and shareholder in the company with 24% stake. In 2009, together with the other three partners Bart sold his shares to the Portuguese investment bank Espirito Santo de Investimento maintaining his senior management position and working in the bank till 2014. Since 2014, together with Mikolaj Dietrich runs his own investment and advisory firm Warsaw Equity Partners. Bartholomew Postępski is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics in Warsaw.
Mikolaj Dietrich has over 25 years of investment banking experience gained through execution of M&A and equity capital market transactions, advising Polish companies and international investors. At the beginning of 2014 together with Bart Postepski Mikolaj founded his own investment and advisory firm Warsaw Equity Partners. Prior to founding his own company, Mikolaj Dietrich served as director at the Portuguese investment bank Espirito Santo de Investiment , and as a board member at Espirito Santo Investment . From 2000 to 2009 he was a president of the management board of Concordia Ltd., a leading Polish investment banking boutique, specializing in mergers and acquisitions. In 2009, together with 3 other partners sold their shares to the largest Portuguese investment bank Espirito Santo de Investimento. In 1996-1999 Mikolaj was a shareholder and board member of the Wood & Company, a leading brokerage in Central and Eastern Europe, where he was responsible for the equity capital markets. From 1990 to 1995, he worked at Merrill Lynch in the U.S. as an investment adviser. Mikolaj Dietrich holds a Masters degree in Economics from the University of California at Davis.
